CHILTERN INVADEX ANNOUNCES NEW SENIOR APPOINTMENTS FOLLOWING BUYOUT
Chiltern Invadex, the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of products designed to aid mobility and independence for the elderly and less able, has announced the appointment of a new three strong management team.
Managing Director Robert Hale, whose company Powertronic Drive Systems purchased Chiltern Invadex Ltd on 15th February 2007 has announced a number of senior appointments in Operations, Commercial and Strategic Purchasing.
Ross Britton has accepted an invitation to join the company as its Commercial Manager and brings with him a wealth of experience in the UK healthcare market having held senior positions in a number of companies including the role of Commercial Director with surgical glove supplier London International Group (LIG) and more recently as Sales and Marketing Director with Chiltern Invadex from 2001-2005.
Ross assumes responsibility in Chiltern Invadex for domestic and international sales and marketing, and UK Service and Installation.
Ian Carter who joined the Group in 2002 from Invensys, has been appointed as Strategic Purchasing Manager with operational responsibility for Group Accounts, Regulatory and Compliance.
Ian Wardlaw is appointed as Operations Manager and assumes responsibility for the production facility in both Bicester and Bangor Northern Ireland, together with Supply chain, Engineering and Technical functions.
Managing Director Robert Hale added "Chiltern Invadex is now leaner and hungrier and its products are backed by a team representing over one thousand man years of experience in the industry. I am optimistic that our purchase puts Chiltern Invadex on a firm footing for the future".
